Community Use
Consideration for the free (community use) hall hire is required? If yes, you need to demonstrate how the use of the venue is consistent with the community use eligibility criteria as outlined in Council’s Venue Hire Policy by ticking the relevant event category below.
My organisation is a not for profit organisation undertaking a charity or fund raising event. (as identified by the Australian Taxation Office)
My organisation is a locally based community group holding an event for the broad benefit of the local community and the event will have either a free entry, low charge entry fee or subsidised entry fee.
My organisation is a school, preschool or kindergarten undertaking a school activity.
